Who we are
HRFlex is a product of Quetzal Consults Limited, 24B Bashorun Okusanya, Off Admiralty Way, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. This notice covers this website, www.hr-flex.com, and the enquiries we receive through it. Questions about it go to info@quetzalconsults.com.
What this website collects
This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads no third-party trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and capacity management, retained for a short period and not used to identify visitors.
When you contact us or book a demo
If you email us or ask for a demo we hold your name, organisation, email address, phone number and what you told us about your needs. We use it to answer you, arrange the demo and, if you ask, send a proposal. We keep it for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone outside Quetzal Consults.
Employee data in the HRFlex product
Organisations that use HRFlex hold their employees' records, payroll and documents in it. For that data, the organisation is the data controller and Quetzal Consults is the processor acting on its instructions under a written agreement. If you are an employee of an organisation that uses HRFlex and want to see, correct or delete your data, contact your own HR team; we act on the instruction they give us. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Write to the address above and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the current version below.
